Reception staff behavior were very nice and they help me a lot...like I love to give a special thanks to Ms. Chandrani and Avirup... Room maintenance also nice and well....food was tasty and lot verity was there...thanks Novotel kolkata we visit here again

Lovely stay Novetel Kolkata! Staff here very polite. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was truly delightful. Looking forward to visiting again! Avirup sir here is very courteous thumps up for all your hard work and efforts.

Good services and great staff.... We have received good service and efficient work by the on floor and banquet staffs...

As per my view we have been here for a corporate meeting... Banquet and banquet team are very good.. However the staff are very cooperative specially Mr Sandip.. Mr Bimal and Mr Shabuddin along with Rupayan , Pritam and Prosenjit. The banquet ambiance and organisation are very well maintain and managed by the team.

Awesome stay.. clean room and good quality food available.. Staff well organized and supportive.Avirup Ghosh from front office gave me excellent service during the check in and check out process. Room maintenance also nice. I visit here again
